Pacific Logistics is the sole appointed Distributor for Japan. Seeing the potential and future market for Secure Mobile Destruction in Japan efforts were made to pioneer the "First in Japan" true secure mobile shredder. On a 4-year road, Pacific Logistics and Shred-Tech came together to develop the prototype version of the truck (below) which is now available in Japan.
Based on a Japanese Isuzu chassis, the Shred-Tech MDS-2 is a marriage between the Shred-Tech system and the chassis. This allows for complete control over the truck from the control panel (convenience and safety) as well as the ability to incorporate the "Predictive Idle and Shut-Down" that saves fuel and unnecessary pollution of the environment.
While the first offering is the MDS-2 system
there are plans to offer additional models over
the coming years to respond to the unique
requirements and needs of the Japanese
market.
